As a progressive and expanding IT company it is important that we have the most-up-to-date technology to power our business. That’s why we took the opportunity of Christmas shutdown to update our phone system with the latest 3CX phone system.
The installation was a complex process and had to be completed in a small timeframe to ensure that it didn’t impact the business during working hours. With over 30 handsets across 3 sites we had to meticulously plan the upgrade, but all went without issue and we couldn’t be happier with the flexibility in our new phone system.
With so many features in addition to traditional calls, we have dramatically improved our communication capabilities. We now have the capabilities of communicating via Live Chat, WhatsApp Facebook, SMS, or video conferencing in one place, seamlessly integrating with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams allowing for greater communication flexibility.
