Would your IT pass an IT MOT?

We have developed a detailed Measure of Technology (MOT) for your business that will analyse and review your IT setup and provide you with a system health check. Once our qualified technician has completed the MOT you will receive a detailed report on your IT infrastructure, including; future advisories, minor defects, and system critical defects (SCD).

Most MOTs take about an hour to complete (depending on the size of your IT network), and your MOT report with all the findings will be accessible to you upon completion of the examination. What happens during the IT MOT?

Our friendly IT MOT Technician will arrive with you on your selected day and time. Once the initial admin process is complete, they will begin gathering technical information. This includes:

• Identify representative PCs for detailed assessment
• Performing basic network tests
• Conduct visual assessments on the infrastructure
• Perform Q&A session with designated staff

Once the assessment is complete you will immediately receive your system health check by email and our technician will discuss the results before they leave.

Ideally, someone with some knowledge on your current IT system. Your IT system should provide most of the answers, but we may need to ask you a few questions as well.

Each business is different, but the assessment should take 1 - 2 hours and your results will be available as soon as the assessment is complete.

Once we've completed your IT MOT

Once we’ve completed your MOT you will immediately receive your system health check in the form of am MOT Certificate PDF, which will highlight any IT advisories or critical defects, so you can make a plan to strengthen and protect your systems going forward. Our MOT includes the critical pillars to every business IT system; Cloud, Security, Network, Support, Hardware and Software. Your Certificate includes traffic light advisories so you can see what's good (green), many need attention in the future (yellow), and needs critical attention (red).
