Our company has been providing hardware, IT support and services to Cadbury Outlet stores for many years, and we are proud to be navigating them through this upgrade.
The POS till hardware update is a significant milestone for Cadbury stores, and we are excited to be a part of it. The upgrade will greatly improve their business processes, allowing for better business information and reporting. It will enable faster and more efficient data collection and reporting to head office in real-time, without the need for individual stores to provide lengthy and time-consuming scheduled reports.
At Mark One Consultants, we have played a crucial role in the upgrade process. Working in partnership with hardware and software vendors, we’ve successfully delivered and installed the solution ahead of their go-live dates. To date, we have successfully completed the upgrade in eight locations, with further hardware roll outs happening almost daily throughout March 2023.
We have carefully planned and executed the upgrade process to minimise disruptions to the store's day-to-day operations. Our extensive experience in IT support and project management has ensured the ongoing implementation has been delivered in such a way where all parties, vendors and stakeholders can fully achieve what’s required within the project deadlines, with the primary focus being that customers can continue to enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
