At Mark One, we were pleased to recently support Thrive with the migration of their main CRM system. Thrive, a charity dedicated to helping communities across Somerset stay connected, access support and avoid isolation, needed a robust, sector-focused platform to underpin their work.

The project involved moving from their in-house SharePoint-based Civitas system to Charitylog, a widely used CRM built for charities to manage clients, referrals, services and outcomes in one secure place. Our primary role was to carry out detailed data sanitisation, ensuring every client record was correctly structured, de-duplicated and mapped so that information flowed cleanly into the new Charitylog environment.

Alongside this, we worked closely with the Thrive team to align Charitylog with their existing processes and connect it with their other key systems, helping to streamline case management and reporting. The outcome is a modern, charity-focused CRM setup that will support Thrive’s vital work in Somerset for years to come... a successful upgrade for a fantastic organisation.
