Terms and Conditions for the 25 Hours of IT Support Competition
1. Eligibility: This competition is open to businesses and individuals aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
2. Entry Period: The competition commences on the date of publication of the competition post and ends at midnight on the last day of August 2023. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter: Entry is made by completing the competition form on our website – www.markone.co.uk/home/win25
4. Selection of Winners: The winner will be selected at random after the competition ends. The winner will be contacted through email and announced on our social media platforms on 6th September.
5. Prize: The prize is 25 hours of free IT support from the Promoter, subject to mutually agreeable timing and scope of support to be provided.
6. Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. The hours of IT support must be used within one year from the date of announcement of the winner.
7. Promoter: The promoter for this competition is Mark One Consultants Ltd and their decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final.
8. Data Protection: By entering this competition, participants agree to have their submitted name displayed on our social media channels and agree to be contacted via direct email if they are chosen as the winner. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation.
9. Acceptance of Terms: Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10. Jurisdiction: This competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom
